    Abstract. The method of three-slit on-stream rolling is developed. The method is the perspective direction of the multi-slit rolling with bridge breakage development. The four-rolling stand is developed for the three-slit rolling process realization.

    Abstract. While developing the previous research the dependences have been obtained which allow choosing the first approximation of ultimate by its technical capacity summarized reduction mill. In addition, the corresponding thickness of the semi-finished roll products for cold rolling for the N passes of the sheet of the reference dimensions at the known characteristics of the strengthening properties of the hot-rolled metal has been chosen.

    • V.Y.Rubtsov. METHOD FOR CALCULATING THE FORCES FOR THE TRANSVERSE SCREW ROLLING OF PERIODIC PROFILES OF THE SEMI-ELLIPSOID SHAPE USING THE EXAMPLE OF СYLPEBS.
      Abstract. To expand the possibilities of the analytical calculation method for transverse screw rolling of periodic profiles, a method for calculating the forces for figures of the semi-ellipsoid form was developed. On the example of сylpebs with different ellipsoids, the effort was calculated and conclusions were drawn on the rationality of the choice of parameters.
