IMPROVING THE ACCURACY OF ROUND ROLLED PROFILES MADE OF SPECIAL ALLOYS

Abstract. A method is proposed to reduce the ovality of round rolled profiles made of special alloys by changing the design of pre-finishing oval passes. Instead of a single-radius oval, it is proposed to use a special rhombus with an increased radius of rounding at the top.

SIMULATION OF Z-SHAPED SHEET PILE

Abstract. The article presents developed z-shaped sheet pile, which is superior to other analogue in terms of torque characteristics. The modeling rolling process of this sheet pile on a rail and beam rolling shop in breakdown mills was also carried out to verify the possibility of its further manufacture. The results showed that when rolling a symmetrical strip, even in combined open asymmetric roll pass, it is possible to exclude the presence of stationary guide systems. When rolling an asymmetric strip, even with insignificant compression values, the presence of stationary guide system is required to exclude its dumping.

EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTATION AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TWINS OF LONG-ROLLING TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS

Abstract. The issue of developing a direction for the creation and implementation of digital twins of technological processes is being considered. Digital technologies in the metallurgical industry make it possible to reduce production costs, improve the quality of metal products and expand their range. The management of PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works has set an ambitious goal of creating a digital twin of a full-fledged technological site with the further distribution of the digital platform throughout the entire enterprise. Since the main part of a profit-generating metallurgical company is production, the gradual achievement of the goal begins with the industrial component. The step-by-step process of creating a digital twin of a section rolling mill is considered using the example of mill 170. The main goals and objectives for the project under consideration are formulated, which will provide the first experience in the Russian Federation of creating a full-fledged digital twin of an industrial facility. The features of the functioning of modern digital twins are considered and functional limitations are determined. A block diagram of the complex dynamic mathematical model being created as a basis for the functioning of a ready-made solution has been designed.

IMPROVEMENT THE QUALITY OF ROUND ROLLED STEEL FROM ALLOYED STEELS WITH THE GUARANTEED COLD DEFORMATION GROUP 66

Abstract. An analysis of the problem of obtaining round rolled steel with cold deformation group 66 and 66T under the conditions of PJSC MMK is presented. The classical method of solving the problem and possible directions for its modernization are reflected.
